According to statistics, people who sleep late are more likely to have cancer than normal persons, by as much as 5 times.
my father sent me an email about cancer, and dang, i seriously think i'll get it if the email's reliable in any aspect.
1) dont eat too much meat 2) try to reduce intake of dairy products 3) sleep early 4) stress causes cancer 5)acidic blood causes cancer

although its 1:25am now and im still awake, oh and sleep cannot be stored.neither can food. therefore, one cannot sleep for 3 days and not sleep for another 3 days even though the amount of sleep still adds up.
the day and night cannot be reversed. our body works with the Earth's tempo, and reversing day and night results in reversal of health. i.e. diseases will strike. (alas,help me hence ho! i fear for mine friends.LOL)
